The National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) is SHPE's premier leadership training program for chapter executive board members. The Graduate Leadership Institute is open to full-time graduate students. Since its inception in 1986, NILA has grown to become an event widely anticipated by members and highly respected by corporate sponsors. This year, NILA will be held at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Denver, CO.
