Hotel Reservations
Shared hotel accommodations are included in your registration fee. Arrangements at the host hotel, the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center, will be made by SHPE.
Airport Information
The closest airport to the conference is the Denver International Airport (DEN), approximately 40 minutes from the conference center. Round-trip airline tickets are included in your registration fee. Upon close of registration, attendees will receive a confirmation packet with additional information on reserving your flight.
Transportation to Inverness Hotel & Conference Center
Roundtrip airport shuttle transportation is not included in your registration fee. Super Shuttle offers discounted transportation to and from the hotel and airport. Arrangements should be made in advance online or by phone.

Flight Change Policy: Changes to your confirmed flight itinerary are subject to a flight change fee ranging from $50 to $150. You will be required to provide your credit card information for full payment of flight change fees.

Additional information will be included in your confirmation packet, which you will receive after the close of registration. Confirmation notices will be emailed to all registrants by June 25, 2012.
